I justed wanted to e-mail you and say what a well thought out product you have designed - from the texture of the plastic, to the intensity of the LEDs, to the 'unseen' things such as the logic programming of the unit to allow for universal compatibility and multiple shift options. I had been searching for a shift light for some time and I am glad I finally came across your product! Shipping to North America was surprisingly quick and efficient and the Shift-i was well packed. The shift-I worked perfectly first time and I didn't even need to calibrate it. As soon as all the connections were made it fired up and I set the bottom and upper rev settings as per the manual. On the road it is fantastic and the way it displays that last part of the RPM before red line is exactly what I needed when you need to time your gearshift while exiting a corner..

I love that it can automatically switch each light on at a rate that allows any rev range to be displayed using all the lights evenly, brilliant! I have tried 3 different other shift light products which have failed miserably or couldn't display my revs any higher than 4000rpm but this little gadget does the business. If ever a product does what it stated to do and is one well made unit, the shift-i would have to be it. This is one highly recommended product which is great value for money. However, that's only half of it. As good as the product may be, the back up and service from Tony Little of Ecliptech is second to none. I experienced difficulties with my installation due my clubbie's wiring 'idiosyncracies' and Tony without hesitation helped me test, locate and solve the problem. Where other suppliers would have left me to flounder, Tony went beyond the call to ensure that ultimately I had a working and sorted product, and that I was totally satisfied with my new investment. Can't tell you how refreshing it is to experience 'service' like that. Very Happy If you own a clubbie you must have one of these. Buy one now!
