Ecliptech will provide tracking details, if available for the shipping method chosen, when the order is dispatched. In the case of non-delivery, the customer must notify Ecliptech immediately. Where possible, Ecliptech will promptly investigate to determine if the order is lost, in transit or held by the carrier. If the order was placed with a shipping method that does not have tracking and signature on delivery, or the customer waivers the signature on delivery with the carrier, Ecliptech is not liable for any loss. Where the customer is at fault for not being available to accept delivery or incorrect shipping details were provided, Ecliptech will forward any costs incurred for the recovery, re-direction and re-delivery of the shipment to the customer. Use of your own freight carrier is at the discretion of Ecliptech and must be negotiated prior to placing an order. Ecliptech adheres to customs and export requirements to declare the goods and the cost of the goods being shipped.
